Refund policy

In most instances, we do not accept any returns on used or opened cosmetics or cosmetic accessories for hygienic reasons. If you wish to return your unused or unopened product for a refund, please contact ask@stansoutbeauty.com for the return address. StansOut Beauty does not cover return shipping costs. If your product is defective, we ask that issues are reported within 14 days of receiving products and we will happily replace it. If you have any questions, please ask before you make your purchase.
