US Orders:

US orders are shipped and delivered via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-7 days for delivery.Packages may be tracked at the link below.

International Orders:

Packages are typically sent via DHL. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 7-14 days for delivery. Customer is responsible for any additional duties and tariffs imposed by their country.Packages refused at delivery because the customer does not pay VAT/Duty are not eligible for a full refund (shipping fees are not refunded). Return Policy:

In most instances, we do not accept any returns on used or opened cosmetics or cosmetic accessories for hygienic reasons. If you wish to return your unused or unopened product for a refund, please contact ask@stansoutbeauty.com for the return address. StansOut Beauty does not cover return shipping costs. If your product is defective, we ask that issues are reported within 14 days of receiving products and we will happily replace it. If you have any questions, please ask before you make your purchase.
