Shipping and Returns
For US Orders:
US orders are shipped via Firstmile. Firstmile works with the U.S. Postal Service, providing the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of mail, with final delivery being made by domestic postal services.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped out via UPS and delivered to your local USPS office who will deliver it to your shipping address. Standard shipping to all US orders is 2-5 days.
Packages may be tracked via http://track.firstmile.com/ using your tracking number in your email from us.
For International Orders:
Packages are typically sent via DHL. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 7-14 days for delivery.
Customer is responsible for any additional duties and tariffs imposed by their country.
Packages refused at delivery because the customer does not pay VAT/Duty are not eligible for a full refund (shipping fees are not refunded).

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
In most instances, we do not accept any returns on used or opened cosmetics or cosmetic accessories for hygienic reasons. If you wish to return your unused or unopened product for a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address. StansOut Beauty does not cover return shipping costs. If your product is defective, we ask that issues are reported within 14 days of receiving products and we will happily replace it. If you have any questions, please ask before you make your purchase.
