My sponge seems to be yellowing. Is this normal?

Yes! The sponge material is very sensitive and is oxidized by the air. This doesn’t in any way affect the performance of the sponge. To slow down yellowing, store in an airtight area. Only store this way if the sponge is completely dry.

How long will my order take to ship out?

Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be shipped out by the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.

Who is shipping through?

We use FirstMile Fulfillment which utilizes the services of DHL as well as USPS. Your package leaves our fulfillment center with DHL and goes through their system until it reaches your local post office. USPS will do the final delivery.

Can I track my package?

You should have a tracking email sent to you. If you can’t find it, please check your spam.

Are Customs and Duties Fees included in your pricing?

Customs fees are not included in our prices (product cost or shipping/handling fees). StansOut Beauty is not responsible for customs requirements or charges added by your country. We cannot waive or refund these fees, as they are dependent upon your local regulation and are taxed on a national level. Most countries charge taxes for purchases outside of the country that exceed a certain amount (usually over $25), these are called “duty fees.” The UK charges duty fees on almost every package. You may wish to contact your local customs department before ordering to further clarify the customs requirements, VAT/Duty fees, and if there are additional handling fees.

What should I do if my package says it is delivered, but I haven’t received it?

We would greatly appreciate if you could contact local post office (preferably with the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email) and if you know your neighbors ask them. After you have contacted your local post office, please let us know by emailing ask@stansoutbeauty.com.
